Abstract

The organizations’ growth with supplying advantageous and sustainable competition is doable when the human sources that they have are able to produce innovative and creative projects. Considering the examples over the world, we can see that those focusing on improvement of business and themselves, continuously providing original - various products and services lead to perfect trading results in their own markets. Viewed the strategies and management systems of these organizations, it is recognized that strategic leadership and correspondingly “capacity management” are vigorous. Strategic leadership is taking an organization from one point to a further point and carrying the people behind. The most vital and critical competency needed for being strategic leaders is effiient and fruitful management of human resources. Intellectual capital that covers providing added value by generating innovative - creative products and services with information management will affect the success of strategic leaders vastly in the 21st century. Effective strategic leaders use their vision to increase motivation and performance of workers. Vigorous strategic leadership is prerequisite for realizing strategic success. Therefore, all organizations will focus on embodying strategic leaders that create perfect trading results by possessing competitive advantages. Correspondingly, a proper implementation of capacity management and systems related to it become important.
