Relationship Between the Spiritual and Organizational Leadership Cynicism: Emotional Intelligence Effect of Vehicle

Abstract

Leadership in recent years, when business is of great interest in the discipline of employees particularly because of the signifiant impact on positive leadership and emotional leadership in the research conducted under the name, is including in the concept of spiritual leadership. Organizational Cynicism caused serious problems brought about by globalization is seen as organizational, perhaps a pathological, disease has become a concept of remedy sought by business disciplines. From this point one could choose the spiritual leadership of employees in the workplace revealing that the search for meaning which can have an impact on reducing organizational cynicism has been the aim of this study. Emotional Intelligence tool has also been researched as impact on this relationship and enhancing the relationship of emotional intelligence were found to have a high impact.
