Investigation of Management Who of Nurse Leaders Features

Abstract

Managers who are working in the university hospital in the study intended to identify the nurses’ leadership qualities and administrators have investigated whether there is a relationship between demographic characteristics of leadership. Increased levels of community health nurse is an important element of the health care management to bring about must have leadership qualities. Management serving as nurses in the health services they provide if they show leadership qualities yield and quality will be seen. This situation points to the importance of the study. The study was conducted in the university hospital in the task manager survey to all nurses. The survey consisted of two parts. It consists of 11 questions in the fist section, demographic characteristics, specifi training on management and leadership, a response was received. The second part consists of 40 questions - the Leader Behavior Description Questionnaire. The Leader Behavior Description Questionnaire was developed by Ohio State University researchers. Age demographics, marital status, education, assumed duties in the institution, as a nurse for several years, working time in the organization, management experience, number of employees under his management, dismissal is that when that happened the previous task, special training on management and leadership have been investigated as received. A 40-question survey occurred Leadership Description structurally lower structure 10. Domination, mobilizing structure, protection of membership, representation of the organization, integration of objectives, organization, communication top-down, bottom-up communication, recognition and production.
