Abstract

ewline"> The training concept makes the most basic sense to train people according to some specifi purpose. The last person’s personality andcharacter in the educational process is gaining new dimensions. In-service training ; training is provided for staff working in publicinstitutions and organizations. Relevant to their duties to the staff in this training aims to provide a variety of knowledge and skills.Objectives set for the most comprehensive in-service training is to make possess the qualifiations required by the organization ‘s employees. To continue unabated growth of technological developments affect the working life as affected many sectors. Organizationsproducing goods and services must demonstrate compliance with these innovations to follow the day to day and innovation. In thisway, added new ones on the existing knowledge and skills. Here are a reflction of his life ‘s work in learning arises in this way. Increasing the effiiency of institutions and for satisfaction the staff skills in today’s working life is essential for in-service training scheme. Inthis study, in-service training are examined in public administration requirements and benefis, for example, tried to put forward viewsof practitioners in Orhangazi District and affiiated units detected by the staff in a survey by practitioners as to be wound, and not forthe people in the right ways and methods.
