Examination of Effects of Stress on Public Offiers

Abstract

One of the subjects that the science of psychology examines is stress, the problem of our period. Changing structure of society, economic conditions and living conditions caused people to change. Stress, causing people to get sick in terms of physically and psychologically, is defied as pressure emerging in the human body with the effects of some factors. People are living under stress every moment they breathe. In their home, in the streets, in the traffi, when eating in somewhere, shortly they deal with stress every time andeverywhere. Due to this situation, they may be affected from several factors. Factors which affect the stress level of people can affectthem in different levels. One person deals with many factors which affects stress when he goes to work, returns from work and whenhe works because he spends most of his time in the workplace. Another factor that affects stress is that whether people work in publicsector or private sector.The main aim of this study is to present the importance of the effect of stress on public offiers with regards to offiers. Usual surveycontent practice style is used as the method of data acquisition and by testing their credibility, it is observed that questions are highlycredible.
