Abstract

The article described features ensure the investment attractiveness of regional business and investment activity is defined as a concept. A general characteristic of the basic methods of evaluating investment projects of regional business detailing the advantages and disadvantages of each. The author focused on the integrated assessment of investment attractiveness as such that objectively determines the investment climate of the country.
