The article is devoted to working-out of new technique to measure demographic development of the macroregions. On this article are proposed newstatistical exact indicators of demographical development. There are also provided some graphics of measure of geographical development sincethe late 19th century and also a forecast of the same measure till 2030 year. This article is completed for those, who are interested on demographicaldevelopment of Russian Federation, other countries and regions.
