? ?????? ???????????? ?????????????? ?????? ?????? ? ???????? ? ????? ????????????????? ??????????? ?????, ???????????? ????? ????????????? ??????????? ?????? ??????????? ????????? ????? ??? ?????????????? ??????? ?????????????????? ??????????? ?? ???????????? ?????? ? ??????????? ???????. The article presents the energy estimate that milk and beef for the purposeful breeding of cows, it uses new economic basis for selection of the optimal structure of the herd to recover large specialized enterprise for the production of milk and growing heifers.
