Abstract

Due to the globalization of economics processes, the objective need for expanding business by diversification and development of relating to the core business directions of activity is the necessity of choosing the most effective method or approach for grounding and taking sound decisions. Application of synergetic approach to evaluating the directions of business strategic development has been described in the paper. The potential benefits and synergetic effects the company obtains in case of merger lie in the basis of such evaluation. В связи с глобализацией экономических процессов, объективной необходимостью расширения бизнеса путем диверсификации и развития смежных к основной деятельности направлений работы хозяйствующего субъекта представляется необходимым выбрать наиболее эффективный метод или подход для обоснования и принятия оптимального решения. В работе описано применение синергетического подхода к оценке направления стратегического развития бизнеса. Основой такой оценки выступают потенциальные выгоды или синергетические эффекты, получаемые компанией при слияниях и поглощениях.
