Abstract

Tendencies of production, processing and realization of milk have been considered in the article. Topical problems of the region’s milk industry development have been detected, the analysis of milk processing enterprises’ activity has been made. The ways of solving these problems have been presented. В статье рассмотрены тенденции в производстве, переработке и реализации молока. Выявлены актуальные проблемы в развитии молочной промышленности области, дан анализ деятельности молокоперерабатывающих предприятий. Намечены пути решения обозначенных проблем.
