Abstract

The research is dedicated to the issues of organization of economic analysis of formation, distribution and usage of rent as one of the types of business income. Under conditions of post-industrial society such requirements for economic analysis as the complexity and efficiency have acquired a special urgency which fully applies to the analysis of all types of rent received by the enterprise. Thus, the article offers the basic thesis of the economic analysis of the formation, distribution and usage of rent: subjects, purpose, objects, tasks, stages (analysis of the availability and structure of rent; factor analysis of the formation, distribution and usage of rent, evaluation of the effectiveness of formation, distribution and usage of rent; predicting of the value of rent), informational providing of analysis which should be the basis for constructing the method of economic analysis rent. The application of the proposed organization thesis of the analysis will allow to receive the necessary information for control of the formation, distribution and usage of rent in order to achieve tactical and strategic goals of an enterprise. Дослідження присвячене питанням організації економічного аналізу формування, розподілу та використання ренти як одного з видів доходів підприємства. В умовах постіндустріального суспільства особливої актуальності набувають такі вимоги до економічного аналізу, як комплексність і оперативність, що повною мірою стосується і аналізу всіх видів ренти, які отримує підприємство. Тому запропоновано основні положення організації економічного аналізу формування, розподілу та використання ренти: суб’єктів, мету, об’єкти, завдання, етапи (аналіз наявності та структури ренти; факторний аналіз та оцінка ефективності формування, розподілу та використання ренти; прогнозування величини ренти), інформаційне забезпечення аналізу, що має бути покладено в основу побудови методики економічного аналізу ренти. Застосування запропонованих положень організації аналізу дозволить отримувати необхідну для управління формуванням, розподілом і використанням ренти інформацію з метою досягнення тактичних і стратегічних цілей підприємства.
