Abstract

Factors of influence of significant contract terms of foreign economy contracts on accounting reflection, tax settlements as well as legal regulation of export and import transactions have been systematized and completed. Систематизовано та доповнено фактори впливу істотних договірних умов зовнішньоекономічних контрактів на облікове відображення, податкові розрахунки та правове регулювання експортно-імпортних операцій.
