Оцінка Вищої Освіти В Польщі В Контексті Глобальних Змін // Evaluation Of Higher Education In Poland, In The Context Of Global Changes

At the end of the twentieth century knowledge economy and globalization forces changes in the higher education sector. When describing contemporary Poland, we pay attention to the variety of phenomena creating this reality. Impact on higher education in Poland has had experience since the early years of European integration, dynamic changes in the Polish market economy, building an open society. Expenditure on education, culture and science in the Polish strategy was treated as an investment rather than consumption expenditure. However, expenditure on this sphere of the last 10 years have shown no significant increase in expenditures. Such a policy toward higher education does not support its development. Since the year 1990 in Poland, we observe a growing interest in higher education. It is the resultant of the economy's demand for highly qualified staff. However, the creation and development of educational services market in Poland was not only the result of changes in globalization, but also changes in political, legal and social developments in Poland. The model of higher education according to different reports of this entity and researchers can be compared to the model of bureaucratic-oligarchic. Therefore, it is important to provide an assessment of the state of higher education in Poland. У кінці ХХІ століття економіка знань і глобалізація призводять до змін у сфері вищої освіти. Характеризуючи сучасну Польщу, нами звернена увага на різноманітність феноменів, які створюють цю реальність. Впливи на вищу освіту в Польщі беруть свій початок з часів європейської інтеграції, динамічних змін в ринковій економіці Польщі, формування відкритого суспільства. Витрати на освіту, культуру і науку в польській стратегії більше розглядалися як інвестиції, ніж витрати на споживання. Проте, витрати в цю сферу за останні десять років істотно не зросли. Подібна політика у сфері вищої освіти не забезпечує його розвитку. Починаючи з 90-х років в Польщі, ми спостерігаємо зростаючий інтерес у вищій освіті. Це результат попиту економіки на висококваліфікованих працівників. Проте, створення і розвиток ринку послуг освіти в Польщі були результатом не лише глобалізаційних змін, але також змін в політичному законодавчому і соціальному розвитку в Польщі. Модель вищої освіти відповідно до різних звітів економічних об'єктів і дослідників може бути порівняна з моделлю бюрократії олігархії. У наслідку цього, важливо забезпечити оцінку стану вищої освіти в Польщі.
