Abstract

Practices of accounting and forensic expertise on cases connected with settlements of VAT have been generalized as well as problematic issues in the sphere of accounting for VAT have been grouped; which allowed to detect a set of issues necessary for building up methods of research for an expert accountant. Узагальнено практику судово-бухгалтерської експертизи у справах, пов’язаних зі сплатою податку на додану вартість та згруповано проблемні питання у сфері обліку ПДВ, що дозволило виявити спектр питань, необхідних для побудови методики дослідження експерта-бухгалтера.
