Abstract

Scale qualitative transformations and quantitative growth of capital caused broad spreading of the ideology of value management, emergence and the increasing practical importance of capitalization conception. One of the prerequisites of capitalization and the kea indicator of company’s development is human capital, which stipulates users’ needs in the information on human capital and its transformation into the object of accounting observation. Масштабні якісні трансформації і кількісне зростання капіталу зумовили широке поширення ідеології вартісного управління, появу і зростаюче практичне значення концепції капіталізації. Однією з передумов капіталізації та ключовим індикатором розвитку компаній виступає людський капітал, що зумовлює потреб користувачів у інформації про людський капіталу і його перетворення на об’єкт бухгалтерського спостереження.
