ПОСТМИТНИЙ КОНТРОЛЬ У СИСТЕМІ УПРАВЛІННЯ БЕЗПЕКОЮ ЗОВНІШНЬОЕКОНОМІЧНОЇ ДІЯЛЬНОСТІ ПІДПРИЄМСТВА // Post customs control in the safety management of international business

The article analyzes the literature to determine the nature of the main categories of customspost. The authors’ opinions ambiguity on the interpretation of the concepts of subjects, objects, and methods of customspost is established. Formulate down definition of customspost in terms of systematic approach to the objects, subjects and methods of postcustoms security management as the basis of foreign economic activity of the enterprise. This approach to the objects, subjects and methods of customs post will improve scientific tools control and will help improve the efficiency of responsibilities regarding inspection and validity of the control object selection and quality, information content and data reliability. Проведено аналіз літературних джерел щодо визначення сутності основних категорій постмитного контролю. Встановлено неоднозначність думок авторів щодо трактування понять суб’єктів, об’єктів та методів постмитного контролю. Сформульовано власне визначення постмитного контролю з точки зору системного підходу до розгляду об’єктів, суб’єктів та методів постмитного контролю як основи управління безпекою зовнішньоекономічної діяльності (ЗЕД). Даний підхід дозволить удосконалити науковий інструментарій постмитного контролю та дасть змогу підвищити ефективність розподілу обов’язків щодо здійснення перевірок та обґрунтованості відбору об’єктів даного контролю, а також якості, інформативності та достовірності даних.
