Abstract

Necessity of state management of the logistic system of state purchases on the macrolevel has been grounded. The structure of management of resource flows in this system has been considered. The methodological approach towards using logistics as а system of methods and instruments which manage the whole integrated material flow in the system of state purchases has been suggested. Обґрунтовано необхідність державного управління на макрорівні логістичною системою державних закупівель. Розглянуто структуру управління рухом ресурсних потоків у даній системі. Запропоновано методологічний підхід до використання на макрорівні логістики як систему методів і інструментів, які управляють наскрізним інтегрованим матеріальним потоком в системі державних закупівель.
