Abstract

Essence and models of human capital and remuneration for labor, calculation of constant of potential growth p, which determines appropriate salary, have been disclosed as well as research of the labor profitability on the basis of expected remuneration has been conducted. W artykule rozpatrzono istotę oraz modele kapitału ludzkiego i wynagrodzeń, estymację stałej potencjalnego wzrostu p wyznaczającej godziwą płacę oraz przeprowadzono badanie stopnia opłacenia pracy na podstawie oczekiwanych wynagrodzeń.
