Abstract

A new method of estimating the efficiency of fixed assets utilization taking into account indicators of labor productivity and capital-labor ratio has been studied as well as the approach, according to which regional differences of labor supply are taken into consideration, has been suggested and their influence on efficiency of fixed assets use have been determined. В статье рассматривается новый способ оценки эффективности использования основных фондов на основе учёта показателей производительности труда и фондовооруженности, а также предлагается подход, в соответствии с которым учитываются региональные различия трудообеспеченности и определяется их влияние на эффективность использования основных фондов.
