Abstract

The role of agreement of joint venture in organization and realization of joint venture has been defined, the compulsory terms of agreement regulated by law have been explained. By the means of statistical data study and court actions analysis the main reasons of contradictions between joint venture agreement parties have been revealed. Встановлено значення договору про спільну діяльність в організації та здійсненні спільної діяльності, розглянуто взаємозв’язок умов договору про спільну діяльність з її відображенням в бухгалтерському обліку. Шляхом дослідження статистичних даних та аналізу судових рішень виявлено основні причини виникнення суперечностей між сторонами договору про спільну діяльність.
