The first types, forms and factors of production formation in Ukraine and the emergence of accounting and legal culture are discussed in the paper. Forms of production that appeared in this period, the emergence of private property, the development of individual industries, which generally resulted in the rudiments of the state social organization and economic relations already in VII-VIII centuries are considered in the article. Economic background contributed to the appearance of the Kievan Rus as a state and its adoption of appropriate measures of state economic regulations: law, accounting, taxation, trade, customs, relationships and more. Розглядаються перші види і форми становлення виробництва на території України, його чинники, зародження обліково-правової культури. Розглядаються форми виробництва, які з’явилися у цей період, виникнення приватної власності, розвиток індивідуальних виробництв, що в цілому призвело до зачатків державної організації суспільства, економічних відносин уже в VІІ–VІІІ ст. Економічні передумови сприяли виникненню такої держави як Київська Русь, і прийняттю нею відповідних державних заходів економічного регулювання: права, обліку, оподаткування торгівлі, митних відносин тощо.
