Abstract

This paper investigates the problem of providing information for making strategic management decisions in the context of strategic (management) accounting development and traditional accounting system organizational aspects improvement. Objectives and principles of the accounting system for the purpose of forming the relevant accounting data and information needs of strategic management are defined. It will provide competitive advantage in primary care management decision making. Досліджено проблеми інформаційного забезпечення прийняття стратегічних управлінських рішень в контексті побудови стратегічного (управлінського) обліку та удосконалення організаційних аспектів традиційної системи бухгалтерського обліку. Визначено завдання та принципи організації системи бухгалтерського обліку з метою формування релевантних облікових даних та задоволення інформаційних потреб системи стратегічного управління, що забезпечить отримання конкурентних переваг на первинних ланках процесу прийняття управлінських рішень.
