The accountants with the knowledge to be actualized are considered to be the creators of the economic normative theories. The essential determinants from the point of view of the further interpretation of the information which is formed by the accountants and is available for different users and economists should be understandable by its users. Excluding the mean intentions of the creators and the accountants it is necessary to pay attention to the reports reliability as well as to the principles of their forming.
