Ð”ÐµÑ Ñ‚ÐµÐ»ÑŒÐ½Ð¾Ñ Ñ‚ÑŒ любого Ð¿Ñ€ÐµÐ´Ð¿Ñ€Ð¸Ñ Ñ‚Ð¸Ñ Ð¾Ñ ÑƒÑ‰ÐµÑ Ñ‚Ð²Ð»Ñ ÐµÑ‚Ñ Ñ Ð² ÑƒÑ Ð»Ð¾Ð²Ð¸Ñ Ñ… Ñ€Ð¸Ñ ÐºÐ° и Ð½ÐµÐ¾Ð¿Ñ€ÐµÐ´ÐµÐ»ÐµÐ½Ð½Ð¾Ñ Ñ‚Ð¸. Степень Ð½ÐµÐ¾Ð¿Ñ€ÐµÐ´ÐµÐ»ÐµÐ½Ð½Ð¾Ñ Ñ‚Ð¸ Ð·Ð°Ð²Ð¸Ñ Ð¸Ñ‚ как от внутренних, так и от внешних Ð²Ð»Ð¸Ñ ÑŽÑ‰Ð¸Ñ… факторов. Приведен Ñ€Ð°Ñ Ñ‡ÐµÑ‚ интегрального Ð¿Ð¾ÐºÐ°Ð·Ð°Ñ‚ÐµÐ»Ñ Ð¸Ð½Ð²ÐµÑ Ñ‚Ð¸Ñ†Ð¸Ð¾Ð½Ð½Ð¾Ð¹ Ð¿Ñ€Ð¸Ð²Ð»ÐµÐºÐ°Ñ‚ÐµÐ»ÑŒÐ½Ð¾Ñ Ñ‚Ð¸ Ð¿Ñ€ÐµÐ´Ð¿Ñ€Ð¸Ñ Ñ‚Ð¸Ð¹, Ð¼Ð°ÐºÑ Ð¸Ð¼Ð°Ð»ÑŒÐ½Ð¾ учитывающий внутренние показатели или факторы Ð²Ð»Ð¸Ñ Ð½Ð¸Ñ Ð½Ð° Ð´ÐµÑ Ñ‚ÐµÐ»ÑŒÐ½Ð¾Ñ Ñ‚ÑŒ Ð¿Ñ€ÐµÐ´Ð¿Ñ€Ð¸Ñ Ñ‚Ð¸Ð¹. ÐšÐ¾Ð¼Ð¿Ð»ÐµÐºÑ Ð½Ð°Ñ Ð¾Ñ†ÐµÐ½ÐºÐ° деловой Ñ Ñ€ÐµÐ´Ñ‹ также требует учета внешних факторов Ð²Ð¾Ð·Ð´ÐµÐ¹Ñ Ñ‚Ð²Ð¸Ñ . Ð¡Ð¾Ð¾Ñ‚Ð²ÐµÑ‚Ñ Ñ‚Ð²ÐµÐ½Ð½Ð¾, Ð’ Ñ Ñ‚Ð°Ñ‚ÑŒÐµ проанализирована динамика Ð¾Ñ Ð½Ð¾Ð²Ð½Ñ‹Ñ… показателей национальной Ñ ÐºÐ¾Ð½Ð¾Ð¼Ð¸ÐºÐ¸ Ð Ðœ за период 2016-2020 гг. Ð’ Ñ‡Ð°Ñ Ñ‚Ð½Ð¾Ñ Ñ‚Ð¸, Ñ Ñ‚Ð¾ ÐºÐ°Ñ Ð°ÐµÑ‚Ñ Ñ Ð´Ð¸Ð½Ð°Ð¼Ð¸ÐºÐ¸ ВВП, ÑƒÑ€Ð¾Ð²Ð½Ñ Ð¸Ð½Ñ„Ð»Ñ Ñ†Ð¸Ð¸ и Ð±Ð°Ð½ÐºÐ¾Ð²Ñ ÐºÐ¸Ñ… процентных Ñ Ñ‚Ð°Ð²Ð¾Ðº, размера Ð³Ð¾Ñ ÑƒÐ´Ð°Ñ€Ñ Ñ‚Ð²ÐµÐ½Ð½Ð¾Ð³Ð¾ бюджета и денежной Ð¼Ð°Ñ Ñ Ñ‹, объема Ð¸Ð½Ð²ÐµÑ Ñ‚Ð¸Ñ†Ð¸Ð¹ в Ð¾Ñ Ð½Ð¾Ð²Ð½Ð¾Ð¹ капитал и Ñ‚.д. и внешнее давление.
