Abstract

Of the way in which the local public administration is organized depends the efficiency of local public affairs management. At local collectivity level, the knowledge of the territorial organization, as well as the establishment by the local public administration authorities of the structural organization of the local administrative system are important for the smooth running of the administration process. From this point of view, this article aims at analyzing the way of organizing the local public administration, both territorially and structurally, with specialization at the level of the territorial administrative unit of Radauti Municipality in Suceava County. As a result of studying the territorial organization, we found that, according to the population, Radauti Municipality occupies the second place on the county, and from the area point of view, it is situated on the 4th place. Then, the analysis carried out at the level of the public institution The Municipality Hall of Radauti has highlighted various organizational structures with constant and uninterrupted activity that solve the problems of the this local community.
