Abstract

The present article proposes to observe what are the changes in the local public administration, through the rational actor model, seen as the model identified as beeing dominant at this level, based on a research made in 2013. Based on a case study applied to the Vaslui City Hall, the article resumes the research performed in 2013, in the year 2016 in order to highlight if there are some changes in the model, in terms of the actors involved at this level.Journal: The USV Annals of Economics and Public Administration
