Abstract

Illegal markets constitute the source of income for organized crime. In the context of contemporary illegal market conditions, it needs to be noted that with the restrictions of national borders declining and the increasing mobility of goods, money and services, transnational business opportunities have created new global markets. The globalization of trade facilitated access of foreign markets and the advantages offered by technological innovations led many enterprises to expand their activities across international borders.
