Abstract

Ce numéro spécial de Transfer s’intéresse aux cadres analytiques utilisés pour comprendre les syndicats et leurs actions. Centré sur les conditions du renouveau syndical, il explore des idées clé, susceptibles de stimuler la réflexion sur la revitalisation du syndicalisme et sur les formes futures de la représentation collective. Chaque auteur ou groupe d’auteurs a dû se confronter à l’élaboration d’un cadre conceptuel susceptible d’aider les lecteurs à repenser leurs propres compréhensions et scénarios (narratives) concernant la représentation collective. Ces concepts comprennent la politique, le pouvoir, la légitimité, la démocratie, l’individualisme et le souci du collectif, le cadrage du genre et de la condition des femmes, ainsi que le changement climatique.
