Management of Mind: Learning how to learn

Abstract

Mind and intellect govern all our actions and choices and determine the directions of our lives. And it is not the events that bother us, but it is the interpretation of events by the mind which makes us happy or depressed. Our managerial and intellectual classes must be exposed to an educational technology which makes them aware that without launching an enquiry into the mechanics of their own mind, they will not travel far.
