Using the Capex Model for Environmental Policy (An Israeli Case Study)

Abstract

The purpose of this * and the following paper is to demonstrate the methodology for examining alternatives for reduction of air pollution subject to different environmental policies. The methodology presented in this paper is based on the optimization computer package CAPEX ** . The results obtained are based on data of the Israeli power generating system.
