Abstract

Following are the first two parts of a report delivered by Finance Minister ZHANG JINGFU at the plenary meeting of the Second Session of the Fifth National People's Congress on 21 June 1979. The third and last part 'Inerease Production, Practise Strict Economy and Strive for the Fulfilment of the State Budget for 1979' is omitted. — EDITOR
