Abstract

The case relates to the life of an entrepreneur, Mr Naseer Baloch, who has set up an enterprise by the name Topical Company. It is a printing business and Mr Baloch aspires it to become the best printing house not only in Pakistan but also globally, using the best technology. Having gone through the vicissitudes of life, his personal problems did not deter him from putting in hard work and showing resilience against all odds to succeed. Now he wants to turn his business into a global venture. For this he has also envisioned to setup an academy to develop the human capital that he thinks is critical for any business to be recognized worldwide.
