La grande transformation des politiques agricoles anglaise et française : une sociologie de l’hégémonie économique

Abstract

Cet article analyse les trajectoires de libéralisation des politiques agricoles anglaises et française. Mêlant théorie de la régulation et science politique, il éclaire leurs spécificités à partir de trois mécanismes qui touchent à la division nationale du travail intellectuel sur l’agriculture, à la production de la contrainte économique, enfin à l’État qui, par ses actions, stabilise momentanément les rapports de force. De manière générale, à partir du triptyque « régime de politique publique, coalition, ressource », cet article trace les grandes lignes d’une sociologie matérialiste de l’hégémonie économique.
