Abstract

It is quite clear that labor market changes lead to significant changes in the nature of jobs and careers. What careers are different and were also more difficult to coordonat.In these differences include: - a greater need for individuals to look ahead and ensure that we must continuously improve their skills and knowledge to keep their jobs. A consequence of this is the need to see learning as a process that lasts a lifetime and is not limited to childhood and youth; - organizations must also be forward-looking to develop skills and knowledge necessary for survival; - promotion within organizations and rare (due destratificãrii), with higher status and responsibilities when there are promotions.
