Abstract

A major role in building a company is played by the personality, personal qualities of the entrepreneur who takes the risks, initiates and manages business; before anything else, the entrepreneur needs to examine himself and estimate whether he is truly capable of starting a business, while using his personality traits and skills to help him reach the top.
