Výkonnost jako klÃ­Ä ová kompetence

Abstract

Manažerské kompetence v dobÄ› globální ekonomické krize získávají na významu, neboÅ¥ pouze schopní a výkonní manažeÅ™i dokáží podniky aktivnÄ› udržet konkurenceschopné. Síla podniku není dána jen jeho finanÄ ním zázemím, ale stále více na významu nabývá lidský kapitál. K hodnocení a měření potenciálu pracovníků proto podniky využívají Å¡kolení a kurzy, díky kterým vybírají ty nejschopnÄ›jší. Z celé Å¡kály kompetencí je pro vrcholového pracovníka asi nejvýznamnÄ›jší kompetencí rozhodující o úspÄ›chu, Ä i neúspÄ›chu manažerů jejich výkonnost, proto je cílem této studie konfrontovat výkonnost manažerů se studenty.
