Increasing Values of the Rainfall Factor R in Relation to the Design of Erosion Control Measures

Abstract

The object of this paper deals with estimation of erosion rates by variants of R factor values. In the framework this work the hydrological analyses were done in watershed of Kamenice stream, it has been planned to measure soil erosion in three variants for values of R factor aqual from 20 to 60. In the proposed study provided additional erosion control measures reduce the loss of soil below the limit values of soil loss. The number of proposed elements of erosion control measures and its area of erosion control measures in watershed Kamenice is higher by about 30%, compared with the current value of the application factor R 20.
