Possibilities of use of seasonal fluctuations in prices for pork to affect the economic results of agricultural companies

Abstract

VepÅ™ové maso je dlouhodobÄ› nejoblíbenÄ›jší maso u spotÅ™ebitelů v ÄŒR. Rentabilita chovu prasat v souÄ asné dobÄ› klesá a s tím klesá i sobÄ›staÄ nost a nezávislost ÄŒR ve výrobÄ› této komodity. V Ä lánku je vyvrácena možnost ovlivnÄ›ní hospodářského výsledku zemÄ›dÄ›lských firem obchodujících s vepÅ™ovým masem pomocí naÄ asování prodeje svých produktů a tím zvýšení zisku. Analýza cen byla provedena u zemÄ›dÄ›lských prvovýrobců, zpracovatelů a prodejců zmiňované komodity a tato studie neprokázala takové rozpÄ›tí sezónního mÄ›sÃ­Ä ního kolísání cen, která by umožňovalo podnikatelské využití.
