Abstract

ÄŒeské BudÄ›jovice – stavebnictví – ekonomika: Budeme-li v Ä eské historii hledat osobnost, která spojuje tyto tÅ™i základní atributy vydavatele Ä asopisu Littera Scripta, Vysoké Å¡koly technické a ekonomické, pravdÄ›podobnÄ› nám zůstane jedno jméno, které je známé nejen za hranicemi tohoto mÄ›sta, ale také za hranicemi ÄŒeské republiky. VojtÄ›ch Lanna (1805–1866). Jméno velkopodnikatele 19. století, který sice nebyl vÄ›dcem, ale využíval nových poznatků vÄ›dy a techniky v praxi, zajímal se o nové technologie a jako Å¡tÄ›drý mecenáš podporoval vÄ›dÄ›ní a vzdÄ›lávání.
