Abstract

Natura specifica a proiectelor de constructii determina necesitatea acumularii de experienta si cunostinte pentru membrii echipelor de proiect din cadrul oricarei organizatii din acest sector. De cele mai multe ori esecuri sau probleme aparute in proiectele Incheiate sunt lectii invatate pentru proiecte curente si viitoare . Un rol important in schimbul de cunostinte intre membrii echipei de proiect il au sedintele de monitorizare a proiectului.
