Abstract

Anumite orase, regiuni si tari duc o lupta acerba pentru supravietuire, in timp ce altele se lupta pentru suprematie. Suprematia este asigurata de un management urban prolific, de accesul la resurse, de calitatea politicilor publice si nu in ultimul rand de calitatea si competitivitatea organizatiilor care asigura suportul economic al oraselor. In conditiile in care cunostintele si resursele umane devin strategice la nivelul organizatiilor, se impune o noua atitudine si un nou comportament al acestora in vederea obtinerii avantajului competitiv, avantaj transferabil orasului si calitatii vietii oamenilor care locuiesc in el.
