Abstract

The study examined the effect of corporate social responsibility (CSR) on financial performance of food and beverage firms in Lagos state. An ex-post facto research design was adopted for the study. Data were collected through secondary source from the audited annual report of the selected three (3) food and beverage firms within Lagos State, Nigeria. Panel data analysis was used. The results indicated that CSR expenses has a positive significant relationship with return on assets which shows that the P-Value
