Relationship Between Physical Activity And The Effects Perception Of Its Practicing On Teenagers

Abstract

Through formative function of physical education and sport, teenagers are learning a range of cognitiv elements with practical value (notions, rules, beliefs, judgments) regarding the importance of practicing physical exercises, that have positive repercussions for health preserving the balance psycho physical required of accelerated pace in contemporary society. The present study shows the relationship between sportive activity and its benefit to the teenagers. The research was conducted in two high schools in Bucharest and the groups participating in the experiment consist of 120 pupils aged between 16 and 19. The research methods are: bibliographic documentation, pedagogical observation, questionary method, statistical analysis. The level, quantity and quality of the physical activities performed during the leisure time are generated by the quantity and quality of the instructive-formative volume accumulated in the physical education lesson.
