This paper purpose is to identify the main objective dimensions of effort dynamics (volume, intensity, complexity, density, hardness) and their programming conscious during training cycles to achieve a fit and maximum performance capacity growth. Dynamic monitoring effort during training cycles to achieve a fit and maximum performance continued growth in capacity. We conclude that the evolution of performance plays a major effort dynamics.
