Abstract

Striation means to adapt and to set up the nutrition and training program in order to get a fat loss reaction as well as to improve the muscular visibility. During a muscular refined decade the main goal is to reduce the fat storage deposit, so this can come just mixing corectly some principles of training and nutrition.
