Abstract

During he childhood the process of socializing through games is made in the unconsciously. In the teenager stage the practice of games is moved in the conscious register. In the adult period of life the man who wants to perform different games has at the main target his interest for movement. By movement he improves his quality of life and reduces stress and inactivity. The paper wants to share both the experience gathers during our didactic activities and to show the knowledge accumulated during the participation in the International Course entitled “Learning by doing: methodology and tools for leading groups in learning process. This attending was financed by the National Agency for Community Programmes in the Field of Education and Vocational Training, through the Grundtvig Programme.This work does not involve in any way the National Agency or European Commission. It reflects our points of view.
