Abstract

Working out schedule of fitness is usually based on a 5 swap elements platform : selection of exercises, exercises sequence, training intensity, training volume, rest interval. Acording to general theory of fitness there is not existing any universal recipe of muscular development, but an individual one can be set. This is based on the principle that every person is unique by genetic elements, so achievments might come along a personal working out schedule background.
