Situated at the crossroads of three continents (Europe, Asia and Africa), deeply marked by the omnipresence religions book’s (Christianity, Judaism, Islamism) and ground by the war (with the Palestinians, with neighbors, with anti-Semitic terrorist organizations, often with everyone), Israel is both strongly in the military, but fragile in terms of social, streaked by rivers and miraculous „seas", but seized by the wilderness and uninhabited areas, with an endless history, but always with blood-strained wounds, with an economy outside of time, but with an efficient management often of foreign origin. Article presents a part of the cultural-historical and economic-social characteristics which strongly influences the economy and management of this small country, but essential to the world the third millennium.
