In present the state and its government make a series of reflections over some new forms of management in global society. We can talk about a historical vision that describes the configuration of states and their relationship with society and market economy. Read in conjunction with this, we can respond to the main problems, in the current context, making reference of the current crises of Governments when it is applied certain neoliberal public policies in the states where it belongs.
