Abstract

Regionalization is a continuous need to ensure that all the cities can invest in maintaining and improving the infrastructure in order to have, to get quality services at EU standards. This aspect involves approving and implementing adequate developing strategies and policies, oriented to fulfilling the real needs of the population, taking into consideration that all the people should afford these services.
